1. Use at least 400 speed film.

2. Don't smoke.

3. Don't go alone!

4.  Check the lighting for glares, metal, etc.

5. Make sure your camera's lens is clean.

6. Don't use a wrist strap and wrap neck straps around your neck.

7. Tell the film developer you don't want any pictures discarded.

8. Digital cameras take great pictures but you don't have proof of validity. It is your call. 

9. Only take pictures on clear, warm days.
